Kegiatan pelatihan ini ada karena kondisi di satuan pendidikan yang belum pernah tersentuh pelatihan dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran blanded berbantuan LMS. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah upaya nyata untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran blended learning berbantuan learning system managemen Google Classroom untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru dengan menjalin kerjasama sesuai dengan instansi sasaran. Sebagai bentuk kesadaran dalam mengoptimalkan pembelajaran pada masa peralihan setelah pandemi covid-19 para pendidik perlu mengambil peran lebih awal untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar dengan mengadakan pelatihan dalam bentuk pengabdian masyarakat. Where it is caused by several factors such as poor internet network, residential environment and also monotonous teaching techniques from English teachers. Based on the results of the questioner showed that they tend to just felt bored, difficult to concentrate, feelings of fear or worry if they are unable to collect tasks on time as well as their difficulty in understanding the material when English online learning during the covid-19 pandemic.

Data collection techniques used are questionnaire and interviews. Data sources obtained through primary and secondary data. In this research, the researcher applied a descriptive qualitative research which were located at SMA Negeri 2 Sojol. Online learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic are the main solution to keeping the learning process going.This thesis aims to find out what impact of English online learning has on students' mental health during the covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 2 Sojol and To find out what factors hindered students in the process of English online learning at SMA Negeri 2 Sojol. The global pandemic that set by the World Health Organization on Januas a result of the new disease of Covid-19 has made many major changes, one of them in education where learning system are done through online. Thus, it is hoped that parents will be wiser in teaching their children at home to minimize the occurrence of psychological problems learning from home. 3) gadgets have become a place for children to escape to avoid stress. 2) Children become passive, uncreative, unproductive due to stress. The results of this study found several problems, namely: 1) Parents became stressed so that violence occurred in teaching. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, display, and verification. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. This qualitative research with a case study approach involves parents of children aged 5-6 years, schools, and the community in Paya Geli Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This study aims to determine the psychological problems of learning from home during COVID-19 in early childhood. This transition makes parents have to adapt to these new circumstances.
